How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Danzu, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends to avoid the next charge.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the $39.99/year subscription starts automatically.
I reinstalled the app — how do I get my subscription back?
Tap Restore on the purchase screen while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Where do my videos go?
Videos are uploaded securely, processed to generate your scores and feedback, and are not used for anything else. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Email us at danzuapp@gmail.com and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
