Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Danzu iOS app and danzu.app. By using Danzu you agree to them. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

Danzu analyzes dance videos you submit and returns scores, metrics, and AI-generated coaching feedback. Results are estimates produced by automated systems and are provided for training and entertainment — they are not professional instruction, and physical activity is at your own risk.

Subscriptions

Danzu Pro unlocks unlimited video analysis, Deep Analysis metrics, AI coach feedback, and progress history. Two auto-renewable options are offered:

• Danzu Pro Yearly — $39.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Danzu Pro Weekly — $9.99 per week, no trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial ends, if one applies). Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and can change with notice.

Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or restore previous purchases from the paywall. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

• Only submit videos you have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service, or use it in violation of applicable law.
• We may suspend access that violates these terms or harms the service.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your videos. You grant us the limited license needed to process them and show you your results. The Danzu app, brand, and analysis technology remain our property.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
